Team Cashback Australia is an Australian-based affiliate marketing initiative designed to support grassroots sports and community clubs by providing a modern, low-effort fundraising solution. Through strategic partnerships with retailers and service providers, we help clubs earn commission-based cashbacks from everyday purchases made by their members and supporters.

We are committed to delivering value to clubs while ensuring transparency, compliance, and sustainable growth across the platform. Our cashback structure is designed to grow. As we reinvest in new brand partnerships, negotiate better rates, and expand our platform, cashback percentages and eligibility terms may evolve.

How It Works

When a purchase is made through an approved Team Cashback Australia link or code, an affiliate commission is generated from the retailer. A portion of that commission is then shared with the nominated club. ( Cashback as subject to Rules, Guidelines and Waivers)

 Important Notes

• Transactions must meet affiliate tracking criteria to be eligible.

• Tiers are reviewed monthly, and clubs can move up or down based on activity.

• The cashback percentage is based on the commission amount received by Team Cashback Australia, not the total purchase price.

• The cashback is paid to the club net of taxes and any associated fee or cost.

• The Cashback is paid in AUD to an Australian bank account only.

• The cashback is subject to the Rules, Guidelines and Waivers of the program.

Team Cashback Australia – Rules, Guidelines, Waivers

To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all participants, please read and follow the rules below when taking part in the Team Cashback Australia program.

General Rules

1. Eligibility

   • Any registered sports club, community club or registered charity in Australia is eligible to apply and join the program for free.

   • Individuals submitting purchases must nominate a participating club to receive the cashback.

   • Participation in Team Cashback Australia is voluntary, and clubs or individuals may opt-out at any time.

   • Team Cashback Australia reserves the right to approve or decline any application to the platform/program and to remove any participant at any time at their sole discretion.

2. Eligible Purchases

   • Only purchases made through Team Cashback Australia’s approved affiliate links or discount codes are eligible for cashback.

   • The purchase must be completed in the same session after clicking our link or using our code.

   • Not all products or categories may be eligible for cashback—eligibility is determined by our partner platforms.

3. Receipt Submission

   • Receipts detail must be emailed to teamcashbackaustralia@outlook.com or via our online form within 14 days of purchase.

   • Receipts detail must include:

     • Date of purchase

     • Store/brand name

     • Total amount spent

     • Receipt number

     • Club name to receive cashback

We may ask for a copy of the receipt from time to time.

4. Cashback Distribution

   • The portion of the affiliate commission will be paid to the nominated club is determined by Team Cashback Australia based on overall program performance, transaction eligibility, and partner agreements.

As a general guide:

Cashbacks begin at 50% of the affiliate commission earned from eligible purchases.

Performance bonuses may apply—the more your club engages and drives purchases, the greater your cashback percentage can grow over time.

4. • Payments to clubs will be made on a quarterly basis, depending on the volume of transactions.

   • Our accounts team will contact you via email with the amount your are entitled to and request a tax invoice.

   • Clubs must provide a tax invoice (GST inclusive) and valid bank details to receive funds.

   • Notwithstanding, the quarterly basis noted above payments will only be paid after Team Cashback Australia have received clear funds from affiliate partners and any/all clawback periods are surpassed.

5. Non-Eligible Transactions

   • Purchases made outside of our affiliate network (e.g., directly via store website, in-store purchases) will not qualify.

   • Cashback may not apply to purchases made using gift cards, or if a return/refund is processed.

   • Any purchase determined by our affiliate partner as non-eligible

   • Any purchase where a commission is not received from our affiliate partner or clawed back for any reason.

   • Any Purchase where the receipt details have not be supplied or not supplied on time. 

   • Any Purchase where an receipt is requested but not supplied in a timely manner.

6. Privacy & Data

   • All personal and purchase information will be handled confidentially and used solely for cashback verification and processing.

   • We will never share your personal information with third parties without consent.

Club Responsibilities

• Share Team Cashback Australia links, codes, and promotions with your members to maximize participation.

• Ensure your club's bank details are up to date for prompt payment.

• Encourage your members to follow submission guidelines to avoid delays in cashback processing.

• Clubs must not engage in fraudulent activity (e.g., submitting fake receipts) or risk removal from the program.

Code of Conduct

We expect all clubs and members to act in good faith, be respectful in communication, and use the platform with integrity. Any abuse, dishonest behavior, or misuse of the program may result in removal from the platform and cancellation of cashback earnings.

Waivers, Disclaimers & Legal Protections

To maintain the integrity of the program and ensure a fair experience for all, the following terms apply to your use of the Team Cashback Australia platform:

1. Program Participation

• Participation in Team Cashback Australia is voluntary and clubs or individuals may opt-out at any time.

• Team Cashback Australia reserves the right to approve or decline any club’s application to the platform, and to remove any club or individual found to be in breach of our guidelines or engaging in fraudulent activity.

• Team Cashback Australia reserves the right to approve or decline any application to the platform/program and to remove any participant at any time at their sole discretion

2. Cashback Commission and Payouts

• Cashback amounts are determined by Team Cashback Australia and are subject to change based on affiliate terms, platform performance, and retailer agreements.

• Team Cashback Australia is not liable for untracked or unpaid commissions resulting from technical errors, third-partys, user error, or affiliate program changes beyond our control.

• Payouts to clubs will only be made on verified, eligible purchases. Returns, cancellations, or breaches of terms may result in forfeiture of cashback.

3. Changes to the Program

• Team Cashback Australia reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the cashback program, partner offers, commission structures, or eligibility criteria at any time or in retrospect without notice.

• While we aim to provide timely updates, changes may take effect immediately upon implementation.

4. Limitation of Liability

• By participating, clubs and individuals acknowledge and agree that Team Cashback Australia is not liable for:

  • Loss of income or expected income for any reason.

  • Any dispute between users and third-party retailers.

  • Damages resulting from participation in the program or reliance on our services.

5. Intellectual Property

• All promotional materials, brand assets, and content provided by Team Cashback Australia remain the property of the company and may not be modified, sold, or redistributed without written permission.

6. Governing Law

• Team Cashback Australia operates under Australian law. Any disputes arising from participation in the program will be handled under applicable Australian legislation.

Clubs, individuals, and sponsors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with all rules, terms, and conditions provided by Team Cashback Australia. Participation in the program constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
